Custom
Itinerary Design
1-7 days: $500
8-14 days: $750
14+ days: Inquire
Last minute booking premium*: +50% fee

Service Highlights:
- Trip research, planning and selection of luxury accommodations, special experiences, transfers and more.
- Creation of a custom initial itinerary for 1-6 individuals in the same travel party based on individual interests and budget (for groups greater than 6 travelers, please inquire about our group planning services).
- Up to 2 itinerary revisions (additional revisions: $150/hr).
- Virtuoso and preferred partner pricing and amenities.
- Double checking of travel details and booking of all travel components.
- Management and documentation of all travel confirmations, future payment dates and any outstanding items.
- Delivery of finalized travel documents prior to departure.
- Monitoring of trip progress & issue resolution.
- Full access via phone and/or e-mail to your Travel Advisor and our on-the-ground partners.
- An 18% management fee will be charged to any Net or non-commissionable components of an itinerary.
Luxury
Cruise Planning
1-24 days: $0

- Itinerary research and selection of up to 3 itineraries based on desired departure date, duration, ports, cruise line and ship amenities. (Additional itinerary recommendations: $50/itinerary).
- Cabin class & location recommendations.
- Coordination of air, transfers & pre/post accommodations (if procured through our cruise partners).
- Virtuoso and preferred partner pricing, credits and perks.
- Double checking of travel details and booking of requested cabin(s).
- Management and documentation of all travel confirmations, future payment dates and any outstanding items.
- Delivery of finalized travel documents prior to departure
- Monitoring of trip progress & issue resolution.
- Full access via phone and/or e-mail to your Travel Advisor and our cruise partners.

- Up to 1 excursion revision of each initial excursion proposal (additional revisions: $150/hr).
- Virtuoso and preferred partner pricing and amenities.
- Double checking of excursion details and booking with local tour partners.
- Management and documentation of all travel confirmations, future payment dates and any outstanding items.
- Delivery of finalized travel documents prior to departure.
- Monitoring of trip progress & issue resolution.

Hotel or Resort

- Planning fee applies if research is required to find the perfect property. Covers up to 3 hotel recommendations in one location.
- Virtuoso and preferred partner pricing and amenities.
- Double checking of travel details and booking of hotel accommodations.
- Management and documentation of hotel confirmations, future payment dates and any outstanding items.
- Mailing of finalized travel documents prior to departure.
- An 18% management fee will be charged to any Net or non-commissionable components of an itinerary.
Air Ticketing
& Monitoring
Domestic: $100/ticket

Concierge
Services
Reservations, Appointments & Tickets: $200/hr

Service Highlights:
- Add-on service to any of our trip planning services.
- Includes research, booking, and reservation management for dining reservations, spa appointments, tee times, concert & theater tickets, and other self-guided activities.
- From experience we have learned that planning a trip as a whole produces the best travel experience. However, in certain circumstances where current clients need assistance with only certain components of a planned trip, our goal is to assist when we can. We accept these Concierge requests on a case-by-case basis and implement an activity management fee based on the client ask.

Trip Cancellation: 15% of trip bookings
Air or Concierge Service Cancellations: $50/component
